The County of Yolo is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Preliminary Approval & Environmental Document (PA&ED) and Design Engineering services for the CR 32A Railroad Crossing Relocation & Grade Separation Project over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. The project includes safety improvements, grade separation, and biking facility enhancements between County Road 105 and the Yolo Causeway. Services required include bridge design, technical studies, surveying, engineering studies, right of way acquisition, railroad and utility coordination, final design, and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E). Proposals must be submitted electronically and exclude the cost proposal exhibit initially.
