Description
The City of Coconut Creek is seeking to establish a pool of up to ten (10) highly qualified Consultants to provide professional Architectural and Planning Consulting Services for various City projects. The selection will be made through a qualifications-based selection process consistent with the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. The scope includes services for projects with estimated construction costs not exceeding $2 million or study fees not exceeding $200,000. Consultants must have a minimum of five years of verifiable experience in architecture or related disciplines and be licensed in the State of Florida.
