Description

This RFP is for professional engineering services to update the existing Stormwater Master Plan for the urban area of Rockland and to prepare new Stormwater Master Plans for the City's other villages. The work includes data collection and review, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, assessment of existing infrastructure, identification of deficiencies and risks, development and evaluation of servicing alternatives, and preparation of costed, phased implementation plans and final reports. The assignment also includes preparation of technical memoranda, mapping, and digital model/data deliverables. All submissions and deliverables must be prepared in English and be AODA-compliant.
