This opportunity seeks advisory and assistance services for medical CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) support for the Air Force Medical Command (AFMEDCOM). - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force - Air Force Medical Command (AFMEDCOM) - AFMEDCOM A4/10C - Services Requested: - Comprehensive programmatic support for medical CBRN requirements - Technical and analytical support for readiness, consequence management, and response - Support for both installation/homeland and expeditionary/deployed environments - Subject matter expert support for strategy, policy, tactics, and procedures - Intelligence analysis and research related to CBRN threats - Participation in training events and validation - Support for Integrated CONUS Medical Operations Plan and High Consequence Infectious Disease considerations - Personnel Requirements: - CBRN subject matter expertise - Tier 3 Secret security clearance - Compliance with government security and reporting protocols - Deliverables: - Monthly status reports - Meeting agendas and minutes - Travel itineraries - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are mentioned; the requirement is strictly for technical support services. - The government will retain rights to all intellectual property produced during the contract.

Description

This is a performance based, non-personal advisory and assistance services (A&AS) requirement in support of the AFMEDCOM  A4/10C programs within the AFMEDCOM in accordance with established program goals and objectives for medical CBRN requirements and execution of medical CBRN defense. The Contractor shall provide a full-range of technical and analytical support for the DAF organizational medical CBRN requirements, readiness, and consequence management to provide installation/homeland and expeditionary/deployed medical response under the umbrella of Air Force Medical All Hazards Support concept. Technical support shall encompass medical CBRN expertise. The Government will retain rights to all intellectual property produced in the course of developing, deploying, training, using, and supporting the AFMEDCOM.

The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the RFI or otherwise pay for the information requested,  responses will be treated as information only and not as a proposal.
