Description

This is a sole source procurement by the New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department for software licenses and renewals of ESRI's proprietary geographic information systems software, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online. The contract provides access and maintenance for these GIS software products used for mission-critical internal and public digital maps and applications. The contractor will provide licenses for over 400 internal users and public users, along with software enhancements, performance and security updates, technical support, and training. The contract term is for 12 months, from October 31, 2026, to October 30, 2027.
