Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide high quality, face-to-face mentoring services for youth ages six to eighteen. The mentoring services may be delivered through one-on-one or group-based activities aimed at fostering positive development, strengthening resilience, and supporting the social, emotional, and academic well-being of participating youth. Each youth must participate in at least one allowable activity area for a minimum of four hours per month.
