The Government of the Northwest Territories Procurement Shared Service (PSS) on behalf of the Department of Education, Culture and Employment (ECE) is requesting proposals from interested proponents to conduct an independent review of the Heritage Centre Operating and the Indigenous Cultural Organizations Contribution Funding Programs. The procurement is a request for proposal process, open and competitive, for services.
