WSDOT is soliciting proposals to design, develop, implement, operate, and maintain Roadway Toll Systems in Washington State. Two contracts will be awarded through this RFP: one for Open Road Tolling (ORT) RTS and another for Side-Fire RTS. Each contract will be evaluated and awarded independently, with future facilities potentially awarded to either or both contracts based on project scope and needs.
