Description

The City of Mobile is seeking bids for ten (10) Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Card readers. These handheld readers must be compatible with existing software, have compatible charging equipment for quick charging, a 12-month equipment warranty, software support for three years, and be weather resistant for outdoor use. The current software used is SecureGate TWIC Access Management Solution, and the hardware is Credence ECO or Credence 3, with the reader and camera being IP67 rated. Delivery is required on or before October 19, 2026, and the bid will be awarded on an all or none basis.
