This solicitation is for the reconstruction of both baseball and softball infields at the Talbot County Community Center located at 10028 Ocean Gateway, Easton, Maryland. The scope includes removal and handling of existing clay material, grading and compaction, furnishing and placement of soil, site shaping, sediment and erosion controls, mobilization, construction access, and restoration of disturbed areas. Sealed bids must be submitted by October 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. local time and will be opened and read aloud at that time. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted, and incomplete or untimely submissions will not be considered. Bid submission documents can be obtained at the Department of Parks and Recreation at the Talbot County Community Center or by calling 410-770-8050.
