Calvert County Government seeks to establish non-exclusive contracts with qualified contractors to provide comprehensive snow and ice removal services. The scope includes labor, supervision, operators, vehicles, equipment, materials, and expertise for snow and ice removal, anti-icing, de-icing, hauling, maintenance of traffic support, and related winter weather response. Services will be performed on roadways, ramps, bridges, parking lots, sidewalks, trails, County facilities, and other designated areas including Calvert County Public Schools. Pre-bid conferences are scheduled on September 30, October 28, and November 18, 2026, with attendance not mandatory for bidding.
