This solicitation is for the Elevator Modernization project on behalf of the Department of Property and Procurement in the Virgin Islands. The scope includes engineering/shop drawings, equipment/materials, demolition, installation labor, testing and commissioning, permit/inspection coordination, and optional items such as extended warranty, preventive maintenance agreement, remote monitoring/IoT, and car interior upgrade.
