Description

The City of Prescott is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed firms to perform third-party wet utility locating services to assist with projects requiring BlueStake markings of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. The vendor will work with City staff to locate and mark underground wet utility infrastructure identified through the Arizona 811 program. The contract is anticipated to be a term contract with an initial two-year duration starting October 13, 2026, with possible extensions. Services will be scheduled on an as-needed basis, and the contract may be extended for use by other municipalities and government agencies in Arizona.
