Description

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of eight (8) turn-key homes consisting of 3- and 4-bedroom units located in Cherokee, Delaware, Mayes, Rogers, and Sequoyah Counties within the Cherokee Nation Reservation. The project requires furnishing all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision to complete the project within 120 working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages of $1,000 per day will be charged for work beyond the deadline, with contract extensions allowed only under extenuating circumstances.
