Description

This solicitation is for a one-year non-encumbered contract to provide lawn care services for three locations of the Cleveland County Health Department: Norman location at 250 12th Avenue NE, Norman, OK; Moore location at 424 Eastern Avenue, Moore, OK; and the Cleveland County Wellness Square at 210 S James Garner Ave., Norman, OK. Services include mowing, edging, general clean-up, tree and shrub trimming, weed control, fertilizer application, flower bed maintenance, and irrigation system checks. The contract term is from October 19, 2026 through October 18, 2027. Bidders must visit all three sites prior to submitting bids and provide itemized pricing by location and service category.
