Description

The Government of Alberta is seeking proposals for on-demand satellite imagery products and services to support various ministries and agencies. The solicitation follows pilot projects involving satellite imagery for wetland inventory, forestry operations, and wildfire preparedness. The goal is to secure one or more contracts with commercial satellite imagery vendors or remote sensing consultants for use on an as-needed basis, with no minimum work guarantee. The contracts will support pilot projects or operational needs from November 2026 through March 2028.
