The Port of Tacoma is soliciting proposals for Maximo Hosting and Support Services. The procurement anticipates awarding two agreements: a Maximo Hosting Subscription Agreement for hosting and basic operational support of the Port's Maximo systems in a MAS cloud environment, with a budget target of $90,000 to $130,000 per year plus applicable taxes; and a Master Services Agreement (MSA) for on-call consulting, assessment, development, support, migration, and other related services, with two initial task orders anticipated. The period of performance for each agreement is two years with options for renewal up to six years.
