SJSU is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested qualified contractors for a Task Order-Construction Agreement Master Enabling Agreement (TOCA MEA) for various types of projects. The contract delivery method includes Collaborative (Progressive) Design Build (CDB) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services covering design, preconstruction, construction management, and construction phases.
