This critical requirement ensures uninterrupted Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) operations and Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) federal compliance. The specialized nature of the active vetting infrastructure and credentialing lifecycles required continuous, highly technical support.
