The New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) is seeking qualified entities to provide barbering services to youths at Brookwood Secure Center for Boys and Highland Residential Center for Boys in New York. The contract term is for 3 years with 2 optional 1-year renewals, starting between January 1, 2027, and March 1, 2027. The services include providing standard and specialty haircuts to approximately 115 youth monthly at Brookwood and 90 youth monthly at Highland, with all tools and supplies provided by the contractor except for one barber chair supplied by the facilities.
