The service is expected to handle approximately 10 million CAPTCHA verifications per month. The solution must include analytics and monitoring with solve rates and bot-likelihood scores, allow portal-based customization of challenge difficulty and client blocking, not rely heavily on proof-of-work, use machine learning to identify suspicious users with minimal friction, meet WCAG 2.1 level AA standards, preserve user privacy by not selling or using user/session data for advertising, and be compatible with UCS’s current API (hCaptcha/reCaptcha).
