This solicitation is for the hauling of salt from Canadian Salt Company Limited in Pugwash to the Kentville Public Works Building (salt shed) at 875 West Main Street. The Town forces will place the salt within the shed, but the area for placing the salt outside of the shed by the contractor will be discussed with the Town. The total estimated quantity for the season is not known or guaranteed, and orders will be placed on an as-needed basis between November 16, 2026, and March 31, 2027. The contract duration is 5 months.
