Description

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Standards, Consumables, and Agilent Instrument Parts used in the Organic Chemistry Group for analyzing drinking water samples. The purpose is to protect the quality of drinking water for the public in compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act. Both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) will be entitled to use any contract awarded. The procurement is under Texas Government Code 2155.144 and has an estimated contract value of $56,310.00.
