This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals for Blood Culture Devices and associated Consumables to support microbiology testing services across Alberta. The goal is to establish a strategic agreement with a single provider for blood culture analyzers and associated pre- and post-analytical automation solutions to support provincial standardization. The solutions should meet or exceed clinical performance standards, be cost effective, scalable, sustainable, and support routine and surge blood culture testing. The contract covers 2 provincial hub and 5 regional laboratories.
