Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District has a project that involves the complete replacement of the standing seam metal roof on the Control Tower Building at Mosquito Creek Lake in Cortland, Ohio. The work is to be completed within 365 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed (NTP). Rough Estimate of this non-commercial construction project is between $150,000.00 and $350,000.00. The work includes rerouting existing vent and exhaust pipes through the masonry side wall, installing a new gutter system, and integrating a new, certified, non-penetrating Lightning Protection System. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 238160 - Roofing Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $19,000,000.00. Any resultant award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract.
