The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), on behalf of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W50NH9-26-R-A019 for Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Architecture Information Technology (IT) Contractor Manpower Equivalent (CME) Support (formerly known as Integrated Geospatial Intelligence Enterprise Architecture - IGEA).

This action involved holistic IT services and related logistic, programmatic, training, and management support for GEOINT operations. The planned level of effort is 30 Full-time Equivalents (FTEs), plus up to an additional three surge FTEs, distributed across various Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). Most of the performance is expected to occur at Fort Gordon, Georgia, but other locations include Honolulu, Hawaii; Wiesbaden, Germany; Vicenza, Italy; Republic of Korea; San Antonio, Texas; and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
