The Office of the State Fire Marshal is seeking a vendor to supply and install epoxy flooring in four rooms on the ground floor of the Illinois State Fire Museum, covering approximately 2,700 square feet. The vendor must grind the flooring with HEPA equipment, repair any cracks and gaps, and install specified Sherwin Williams Resuflor materials including flake, grout coats, and topcoat. The vendor must hold their price firm for the duration of the contract and perform work during Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Subcontractors are not allowed; the prime vendor must provide 100% of the work.
