Sole Source Justification:  The Government only knows of one source, NVision Solutions Inc, the original equipment manufacturer.  There is only one known source for the purchase of these devices, the original equipment manufacturer, NVision Solutions Inc.  The inflation tables are manufactured by NVision Solutions Inc. as a commercially available item.
