AMTRAK is seeking information from qualified neutral host vendors, cellular carriers, and general contractors to gather feedback on coordination of the General Contractor's scope with Commercial Wireless Neutral Host Vendor installation, commercial expectations and market interest, and lessons learned from similar commercial wireless installations. The project involves the fit-out of the Hudson Tunnel Project, including installation of a commercial wireless system coordinated with the General Contractor. The installation environment includes approximately 2.7 miles of tunnel with reserved spaces for antenna cables, remote optical units, and headend equipment in specified facilities.
