Description

This solicitation is for the delegated design and construction of a pole barn and associated site and electrical work at a site located between US 52 and Ross Road, southeast of the Bane Agricultural Lab. The project includes grading, compaction, and installation of stone or gravel backfill for new drives and the barn floor. The pole barn is a metal building approximately 60' by 120' with 24' eave heights, and the electrical scope includes installation of a 200-amp panel with one receptacle and egress lighting at doors. Demolition of the existing structure and earthwork infill has already been completed by the owner under a separate scope of work. Bids are due by November 9, 2026, with a pre-bid walk scheduled for November 2, 2026.
