Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for a QA/QC Coordinator for the 2026 Neighborhood LSLR - Contract B Project which includes the verification of service line materials, replacement of lead service lines, and restoration of disturbed areas. The project is federally funded by EPA financial assistance dollars and requires compliance with federal Executive Orders and EPA Regulations regarding Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). Contractors must demonstrate efforts to solicit DBE firms, including small businesses and minority and women owned business enterprises. PENNVEST funding requirements will also apply to the project.
