The scope includes removal, hauling, and disposal of sediment and vegetation, installation of sediment forebay and plunge pools, construction of three wetland cells with intercell berms and a flow channel, landscape plantings, and removal of approximately 4,200 cubic yards of material. The project is located on County PIN# 045-17-3780 off Executive Drive in Sterling, VA, on a parcel owned by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors.
