Description

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will be retaining selection on Statehood Act entitlement land previously considered for relinquishment in favor of a Native Alaska Dingell Act Allotment selection on the west banks of the Taiya Inlet, located in Sections 15 and 16, Township 28 South, Range 59 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska. The allottee is no longer considering this location, so the State will retain its selection. The lands are currently under Federal management and ownership, not owned by the State.
