The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified fitness equipment service providers to supply new equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and provide on-call repair services for various brands of commercial fitness equipment. The equipment includes strength training and cardio machines such as strength stations, recumbent and upright bikes, ellipticals, stairclimbers, and treadmills. Services include delivery, assembly, installation, and removal of old equipment. Pricing should reflect a minimum 15% discount from manufacturer retail prices. The contract term is initially one year with possible extensions, and the City reserves the right to purchase additional equipment within 12 months under the same terms.
