Tarleton State University is soliciting proposals for a Campus Sponsorship Asset Valuation. The scope includes identifying and valuing potential sponsorship assets such as physical spaces, programs, events, publications, digital media, communications channels, intellectual property, experiential opportunities, naming opportunities, and other university-controlled inventory. The selected firm must distinguish commercial sponsorship opportunities from philanthropic naming, donor recognition, procurement relationships, and other arrangements governed by separate policies. The contract excludes assets subject to existing exclusive rights unless expressly authorized by Tarleton State.
