Description

The MDC is seeking formal bids from qualified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) companies to furnish and deliver topsoil, crushed stone, and road salt. Eligible bidders include SBE firms certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services or Disadvantaged Business Enterprises certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation with a primary office in Connecticut. The contract will cover the provision of these materials for an initial two-year service period.
