Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking industry feedback on modernizing its government-wide methods of supply for professional services. The goal is to develop a new procurement framework to streamline processes, reduce administrative burden, and improve flexibility. The framework aims to replace existing methods such as TBIPS, SBIPS, TSPS, ProServices, THS, and PASS with four new methods: Temporary Replacement Services (TRS), Client-Directed Support Services (CDSS), Client-Directed Deliverable Services (CDDS), and Offeror-Managed Services (OMS). Feedback is sought on their clarity, practicality, and alignment with industry practices.
