Description

This RFLOI solicits Letters of Interest from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services for the design and engineering of a multi-use path approximately 1.36 miles long. The path will connect the East Harper Lenoir Greenway Connector to Harper Avenue, extend from Harper Avenue and NC 18 / Morganton Blvd SW to the Broyhill Walking Park, and continue along Norwood Street SW to Mulberry Park. The project aims to connect the public greenway to two city parks. Electronic LOIs must be submitted by email in PDF format by 5:00 PM on October 9, 2026.
