Description

This solicitation is for the reconstruction of approximately 38,000 square yards of asphalt roadway, replacement of 4,800 linear feet of 8" and 12" water main, and lining of 1,800 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer main in five neighborhood locations on the south side of Denton, Texas. The project budget is approximately $9 million, covering construction, design, soft costs, and right of ways. The City of Denton seeks experienced firms capable of providing innovative and cost-effective municipal solutions. Firms may respond for one or more categories of services.
