Description

This solicitation is for the purchase of hauling and disposing of residuals from the Crown Water Works Plant and, in emergencies, other water treatment plants. It is issued by the Division of Water for the Department of Public Utilities as authorized by Ordinance 1513-2025 passed by the Cleveland City Council on March 30, 2026.
