Sante Québec des Îles is seeking a construction contractor to redo the roofs of the Archipelago Hospital Center and the CLSC of Cap-aux-Meules, located at 430 and 420, Main Road, Cap-aux-Meules, Magdalen Islands. The hospital has a flat roof of approximately 3,191 m² with heights between 2 and 5 floors. The CLSC is on the same site with a flat roof of about 845 m² and 2 floors. The existing ballast must be removed, and new roofs with rigid insulation and welded membrane should be installed. All work must be completed in Fall 2026.
