Description

The City of Pasadena is seeking highly-qualified residential property appraisers to provide appraisal services for the acquisition and disposition of approximately six vacant single-family or duplex properties. These properties are surplus from the California Department of Transportation and will be sold as-is to market buyers. The sales proceeds will be used for acquiring or developing affordable housing in Pasadena.
