The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) is requesting quotes for the purchase and delivery of up to 32 tons of granular fertilizer with a formula of 20(N) - 5(P) - 15(K) - 7(S) to the Jewell Meadows Wildlife Area in Seaside, Oregon.
