Description

The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency are seeking proposals for Server Room Relocation Facility and Support Services. The scope includes two main service areas: (1) Colocation Facility and Related Services to support the relocation and operation of the Agency's Primary Data Center, ensuring security, resilience, scalability, and connectivity; and (2) Project Management and Technical Advisory Services to lead and coordinate the data center migration and colocation effort. Proposals may be submitted for one or both scopes, which will be evaluated separately. The solicitation requires electronic submission by October 28, 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
