The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) is seeking quotes for the supply and delivery of audio-visual equipment to refresh an existing Microsoft Teams meeting room at its Calgary office (room 14031). The required equipment includes a large-format commercial display and wall mount, a Logitech Rally Plus video conferencing system with a Rally Mic Pod Hub and two Rally Mic Pods, and a Crestron 4-Series control processor. Substitutions are not accepted to maintain compatibility with existing equipment, and partial quotes will be excluded. Installation, configuration, and commissioning are excluded and will be handled by the AUC's existing audio-visual integrator. Delivery is required on or before December 11, 2026.
