Description

Pulaski County is requesting competitive sealed bids to establish a contract for Occupational Health Services, including Pre-Employment Physical Screenings, Drug and Alcohol Testing services, and Physical performance testing such as lift and stair-step testing for employees of the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department and Pulaski County Coroner's Office. These services cover new hires, random drug testing of employees, employee physicals, and other requests by Pulaski County departments. The lab must be certified by the United States Department of Health & Human Services with a SAMHSA Certified Forensic Toxicology Laboratory. The contract award is contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the Pulaski County Quorum Court, and delivery may be a determining factor in the award.
