Mecklenburg County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from architectural firms for services related to a new recreation center project and a Park and Recreation facility master plan. The selected firms will assemble a design team to provide master planning, design, bidding, construction contract administration, and closeout/warranty services for one or both projects.
