Description

Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide full professional planning, design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for parks and greenway projects to receive FY 27 CIP funding. The complete Request for Qualifications including the project list can be obtained from the Project Manager. SOQs must be submitted by 2:00 pm, October 22, 2026. Electronic bids are not permitted for this solicitation, and submission must follow the instructions outlined in the attachments.
