This opportunity from the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sam Houston seeks a contractor for Base Operations Maintenance and Support Services (BASOPS) at Fort Leonard Wood. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, MICC-Fort Sam Houston - Scope of Services: - Grounds Maintenance - Pavement Clearance (including snow, ice, and sand removal) - Facility Maintenance (vertical and horizontal) - Heating and Cooling Services - Army Cemetery Operations - Requirements: - Contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items needed - All parts for Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs) and repair parts for Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs) must be provided - Set-Aside: - 8(a) small business set-aside - NAICS Code: - 561210 (Facilities Support Services) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Comprehensive responsibility for all maintenance and support functions, including supply of all parts and materials - Contractor must adhere to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed requirements

Description

The contractor shall perform the BASOPS work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), herein identified as Annex A Overarching PWS.Requirements: The Government will issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), non-personal services contract as defined under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210- Facilities Support Services to provide Base Operations Maintenance and Support Services (BASOPS), which include six (6) functional areas covered under this PWS: Grounds Maintenance, Pavement Clearance (Snow, Ice, and Sand Removal), Facility Maintenance, Facility Maintenance - Horizontal, Heating and Cooling Services, and Army Cemetery. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. The Contractor is responsible for providing all parts required for Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs) and all repair parts required for Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs).
