Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by imports of perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA) from India. The imports are alleged to be sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the government of India. The Commission has commenced the final phase of its investigations following petitions filed by The Chemours Company FC, LLC. The investigations concern antidumping and countervailing duties related to PFA imports from India.
